- A non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required
on either facility.
- Rental is $300.00 per room.
- No charge on banquet room rental with a food
purchase of $300.00 or more.
- Food is allowed to be brought into Buffalo
Junction with a $100.00 re-fundable deposit for use of junction kitchen.
- No food is allowed at Bison Hall
(Buffalo House catering only!)
- Buffalo house requires a guaranteed number of
people three days prior to event. We do prepare for 10% above your amount.
- You are required to pay for your guaranteed
numbers, and will be assessed extra charge for larger numbers.
- Leftover food is the property of Buffalo House
and is not allowed to be taken home.
- All Food & Beverages are subject to 6.5% sales
tax & 16% gratuity charge.
- Alcohol sales are subject to 9% sales tax &
16% gratuity charge.
- Tables are covered with paper & napkins.
Linens can be added with an additional charge.
- Decorating is allowed but Glitter, tinsel &
Confetti is prohibited.
